Its size may vary, but it is always carefully selected and provides a good starting point for further cultivation.

Shipping: Shipping is exclusively from Monday to Wednesday to prevent the shipment from sitting at the shipping service provider over the weekend. The rhizome is shipped in a small container with sphagnum moss to ensure optimal conditions during transport.

Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt – the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must arrive unused and undamaged. You will then receive your refund within a maximum of 3 business days via your original payment method.
