Aroid Essential Mix
Essential Mix is a complete, ready-to-use substrate for the daily care of aroids. It was developed to mimic tropical forest soil and provides the ideal structure, drainage, and nutrient supply for strong root growth. Perfectly suited for philodendrons, syngoniums, epipremnum species , and all other houseplants.
Mixture composition
BioActive Growth Medium (30%) – Enriched organic substrate made from biocompost, organic humus, biochar, and beneficial microorganisms. Peat-free and specially produced for PlantScraper in Germany.
Orchid bark (20%) – High-quality bark that retains moisture while promoting air circulation, thus reducing the risk of root rot. Made in Portugal.
Coarse perlite (30%) – Improves aeration, prevents soil compaction, and ensures optimal drainage. Specially produced for PlantScraper in Poland.
Coconut chips (20%) – Durable, moisture-retaining chips that improve aeration, promote root growth, and decompose very slowly. Made in India.
